Snowboard and Free ski Test nad somethin new on the hill:

The brand new material is already prepared. The glacier is covered with fresh snow.  The joy of wintersport makes its entrance. Developments, technique, finesse – what’s in, what’s new with snowboard and free ski stuff for 2009/2010? You can also test out and compare the new products in the snow and find the most fitting for you.


A fresh breeze @ Kaunertal Opening

The offers on the mountain will be expanded this year at the Kaunertal Opening! Besides shredding, media stands and the possibility to test the newest winter sports material some new side events are being planned for the 24th opening – additionally to the traditional parts such as contests, testival and party of course!

Friday will see the premiere of the KTO Railsession near the “Gletscherrestaurant Weißsee”. Everybody is welcome to shred the rail on the following 2 days – Saturday and Sunday. At the moment the team works on the realization of a little skate park too – boards will be offered to test and lend by the “X-Double” Shop from Innsbruck. Everybody who feels like stretching their legs should take a look at the Eye5 exhibition at the parking area and in case of bad weather a little movie corner with WEE station is being installed on the ground floor of the restaurant!

That’s the way it works:

1. Hook up at the rental stand of the kaunertaler gletscherbahn on the testival/side event area
2. Fill in the registration form
3. Hand out your valid certified identity card and 10,- euro deposit (no student identity etc...)
4. Get your testival pass and testival goodie bag
5. You receive a stamp of the brand with every test; with more than 3 tests you get payed back the 10,- euro deposit
6. By returning the testival pass you get your identity card in exchange
