KTO Railsession 2009 - presented by Downdays & Mog Productions

The year 2009 will see the premier of a new side event – the „KTO Railsession - hosted by Downdays and Mog Productions“. It will take place on friday and offers a special opportunity for the rail specialists of you, to show your skills on the rail. After the contest the rail will stay at the car park for everybody to jibb.

EYE 5 Art Exhibition

The highly motivated project of photographer Daniel Zangerl and a snowboarder Daniel Driessler is going to be presented for the first time at the Kaunertal Opening 2009! EYE5’s aim is to combine sports photography and contemporary art. Different artists have been working or  are stil working on 5 Freeski and 5 snowboard shots. They either worked directly with the photography or got inspired by the shot to an independent piece of art. More details on: www.outlawzz.com/eye5/

BAGJUMP – was so much fun last year...

...so let’s do it again - enjoy soft landings with the Bagjump to train your big air skills! Pro’s apprechiate the training tool as well as amateurs who are able to practice their skills  without fearing hundreds of broken bones.
Wellknown names from the freeski and snowboard scene such as Stefan Gimpl, Chris Cab, Bene Mayr or Raphael Schweiger are big fans of the bagjump already.
Nico Zacek: „It helps a lot for tough tricks. With BAGJUMP you are able to refine the technique and be very confident to do them on park jumps.“

Of course it’s fun too, so it’s the perfect thing to do to enjoy the last day of the Kaunertal Opening!
